How the group began?
-It all started when Avon had an idea of creating a forum for fellow Sonia Francesca readers. This was after SF, used her name and a fellow reader, Miles, for the BBC batch 2 Series. She shared her idea with the latter, whom she met through friendster.
-The forum was named Cafe Helenas (the name of Cafe in SF Novels) and were created on August 30, 2006.
-A month after it was created, a group of regular posters of the forum, created a bond. And then two of the regular members (Mhelai and Connie) jokingly called the group, PRANINGS. It was later on became the OFFICIAL NAME of the group. While PLANET INDIGO became the official name of the 'world' of Pranings. Indigo, being the official color.
-Because of the not so-good act of new members, a second forum were created on January 18, 2007. It was named, Cafe Helenas Hive.
-January 26, 2007, Darlen (one of the pioneer members) created the third forum for Sonia Francesca's fans called Skye's Estate.
-Sofia became a part of the group around December of 2006. And her forum, named, Sofia's Haven created (also by Avon) on March 8, 2007. This forum became the fourth forum for Pranings.
-The first meeting of the Pioneer Members with Sofia and Sonia Francesca happened on February 10, 2007, at SM Megamall. They stayed at McDonald's for a bit of chitchat and later on went to the mall's arcade for a videoke session.
-The group became larger and larger after that. It was May of 2007 when one of the original members (Mhelai) declared that the OFFICIAL ANNIVERSARY of PRANINGS is on May 15, 2006 (for no reason at all). It was accepted since everyone from the original members, even the creator herself, doesn't remember the exact date of the group's anniversary. But it was a big mistake, since the group is not yet existing by that time. Even when the said member realized the said mistake, the anniversary date was not changed.
-It was June 8, 2007, when the first texting group, GLOBO PRANINGS were created by Mhelai. The group still kicking for it's fourth year.
-Army decided to create PRANINGS SMARTERS CHAPTER on April 30, 2008. But a month after, it died. Kukai, another member of the group then, decided to revive the group on December 29, 2008 and changed the group name into SMARTER'S REPUBLIC. This is the second texting group of Pranings and still running for its third year.
-Because of some request of Sun users, SUNATICS INDIGO, the third texting group were created by Army on November 8, 2010.
-Keene Alicante officially joined the group in the middle of 2008. Her forum, Bahay Kubo ni Keene was built by Sky-chan on January 28, 2009. And on November 22 of the same year, Planet Indigo Forum were created by Army.
